Some old Isoko records disappear for decades, then one day they come back sounding fresh. That is what happened with this Popular Cooper song from 1982.
Unearthed African Recordings remastered the album in 2024 and put it on streaming platforms, so a new generation can now enjoy a sound our parents danced to.
The album carries only three long tracks, and this one is the second, running close to eleven minutes in true old highlife style. If you came across his “Iraro Me” here before, this is another chance to know the man better.
