iSokoVibe publishes music from Isoko and Urhobo artists, and this page is where you send yours. Singles, features, gospel, highlife, Afrobeats, traditional sounds. If the music has roots in our community, we want to hear it.
Submissions are open to artists, producers, songwriters, managers and labels. You don’t need a big catalogue or a distribution deal. You need a finished song, the rights to it, and the details below.
Have these ready before you open the form
The whole thing takes about five minutes if you’ve gathered everything first. Most submissions that stall are missing artwork or producer credits.
- Artist name and song title, spelt exactly the way you want them published
- Featured artists and producer credits
- Your audio file: MP3, 320kbps where possible, under 20MB
- Cover artwork, square, at least 1400 x 1400 pixels
- A short description of the song: what it’s about, where it was recorded, anything listeners would want to know
- A short artist bio. Two or three sentences is plenty
- Your social media handles
- Official streaming links if the song is already out: Audiomack, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, Boomplay
- Music video link, if there is one
- A ₦5,000 Submission and processing fee
What the ₦5,000 actually pays for
Every song carries a ₦5,000 submission and processing fee. That covers the review, the write-up, preparing your audio and artwork for the site, and the hosting that keeps the song playable for listeners.
It is not a publishing fee. Paying it puts your song in the review queue, not on the site. We listen to everything that comes in and we do turn songs down. When that happens we tell you exactly why, and you can send a corrected version once at no extra cost.
What happens after you pay
You get a confirmation as soon as payment goes through. We work through submissions in the order they arrive, normally within three working days.
If your song is approved, we build the post: artwork, full credits, your streaming links and the iSokoVibe player so people can listen right there on the page. We send you the link once it’s live so you can share it with your own audience. If it isn’t approved, you’ll hear from us with the reason and what to fix.
Five things that get a song rejected
- You don’t hold the rights. You must own the recording or have permission from whoever does. We don’t publish another artist’s work on someone else’s word.
- The audio quality is poor. Phone recordings, heavy clipping and unmastered rough mixes don’t make it through.
- Credits are wrong or missing. Producers and featured artists get named properly or the post doesn’t go up.
- No artwork, or artwork taken from somewhere else. Stolen cover art is the fastest way to a takedown request.
- The content doesn’t fit. Tribal insults, hate speech and material aimed at attacking a person or group are not published here.
When you submit, you’re confirming that you own the recording or have written permission from the owner, that the details you’ve given are accurate, and that iSokoVibe may host and promote the song on this site and across our social channels.

When a listing isn’t enough
A standard submission gets your song published with full credits and a working player, and that’s genuinely useful. But it’s still a listing, and it sits alongside everything else we publish that week.
