Here is one for every worshipper who loves to hear God called by His Delta name. On “Oghene Do”, Frank Edwards turns his praise into a simple thank you. In Isoko and Urhobo, “Oghene Do” means “Thank you God”.
Frank is an Enugu-born singer, producer and pianist who taught himself to play as a small boy. He went on to found Rocktown Records and serves as music director at House on the Rock Church in Lagos.
The song is not new to his fans. A video for it, spelt “Oghene Doh”, appears among his works as far back as 2011, and this audio sits on his Unlimited – Verse 1 project.
Lift your hands and give thanks along with Frank. Watch the video below, then play “Oghene Do” on the audio player.
