Nollywood actress Regina Daniels has made a shocking confession about her love life. The mother of two says she has completely checked out of marriage following her separation from her estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 25 year old actress shared her honest thoughts during a livestream with TikToker Jarvis. The conversation happened at her Children’s Day carnival in Asaba, Delta State. And her words have since broken the internet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regina made it clear that marriage is no longer on her mind. But that does not mean she is done having children. In fact, she is determined to have a daughter. She says motherhood feels incomplete without a female child.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n“But for some reason, I have checked my mind out of getting married. I am yet to have a girl. And I must have a girl,” she said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
The actress went deeper into her feelings about raising boys versus girls. She explained that motherhood takes on a different meaning when you have a daughter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n“I feel like motherhood starts better. You would understand motherhood when you have a girl child. Having boys is easy because you can groom them to have a role model in a father figure. But for your girl child, you have to be that role model for them to emulate,” Regina said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
She also admitted that her feelings about having a daughter have changed over time. Before she had her first son, she said she never wanted a girl child. But after having her two boys, something shifted inside her.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Regina also spoke about the emotional difference between men and women when it comes to family. She said women always remember where they came from. Men, on the other hand, focus more on building their own families and moving forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is not the first time Regina has opened up about her marriage struggles. She and Ned Nwoko got married in 2019. The union caused a lot of talk because of their 40 year age gap. She was only 19 at the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The marriage became public strained in 2025. Nwoko alleged that the actress was struggling with substance abuse and needed rehabilitation. Regina denied those claims. She accused the senator of manipulation, psychological control, and abuse. She later left the marriage and moved into her own home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now, Regina Daniels says she is single and no longer interested in walking down the aisle again. But she remains focused on one thing. Giving her sons a baby sister.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
