The decision was made during an emergency peace and security meeting held on February 25, 2025.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>New Restriction Timings<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Effective immediately, the restriction on <strong>Okada (motorcycles) and Keke (tricycles) operations<\/strong> remains <strong>from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM<\/strong>. Meanwhile, <strong>shops, markets, restaurants, beer parlors, and eateries must close by 9:00 PM<\/strong>. However, <strong>cars and other large vehicles are exempt<\/strong> from these restrictions.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Extended Deadline for Vehicle Registration<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The security committee has also extended the <strong>registration deadline for all unregistered vehicles to March 30, 2025<\/strong>.
